Insurance - All orders over $500 insured for loss or damage in transit at a 2% extra charge. Our carriers require 24 hrs notice of goods damaged in transit. Further information on company policy see our FAQ page.

Orders from outside Australia - Payment by credit card not accepted. Payment can be made by direct wire transfer into our Westpac Banking account.

Re-Delivery Charges could be incurred if a private address is provided and no-one is home to accept the delivery. In this case your credit card may be debited with the additional charge. A business address will help avoid any re-delivery charges.
